Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows when this engine should have a major service (timing belts, etc)? I am looking to purchase a second-hand xc and don't want to get caught with a $2000 bill first up.
Any advice would be appreciated at this stage. Thanks.

Volvo says 10 years or 180k
Personally rule is 8 years or 140k
Seen way to many snap before 180k

I do them at 150klm as 180klm gets up there..................what area are you then we can direct to correct place
