The passenger door on my 1999 black C70 is locked and cannot be opened. Neither the inside or outside door handles release it. Pulling the lock button up manually doesn't work either. It seems to be electronically locked.
Do I need to remove the seat to get the door panel off? Can you even get the door panel off with the door in the closed position?

Update - Disconnected the battery and got the door opened from inside using the door latch. Yipee!
Reconnected the battery and the unlocking still doesn't work but the inside latch does work now(????).
Looks like I might have a job to do when I get back from the Ozvolvo meet.

Get an actuator organised.

You need to have the door open to get the panel off - but it seems like you have this sorted (there are fasteners along the inside edge of the door card. I think Rob had an issue with the actuator in his C70 - hit him up on how he fixed it.
