Angus242164 You can buy repro circuit boards and warning light lens strips from a guy called Roger on Turbobricks. I'm not convinced it's a bargain at that price and needing some parts to finish it.
deleted_user_160 Can buy full rebuilt son eBay too. I've got stuff on the way for the rallye cluster.
paul0075 Nice and tidy compared to the $200 one I got. Mine needs a speedo repair, circuit board repair and new light strip. The circuit board is a 10 minute fix at home. Glue the crack, scrape off the green film, solder some wire links on, and spray on some new film and you're done.
Smitty Not too bad, drill a hole at the end of the crack to stop it from growing, scratch the coating off the tracks and solder links across the tracks, re-seal and spray to reseal the pcb.
Angus242164 Roger's parts are excellent, but not cheap by the time you get them here: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Volvo-R-Sport-Instrument-Cluster-Circuit-Boards-NEW-/222048140396?hash=item33b319bc6c:m:mlOt25eOwj-sPJNXTjMr1Hw I think I swapped some parts with him for mine, I certainly didn't pay that.
paul0075 Whilst we're on the topic of these clusters, can anyone recommend someone to service / repair the speedo?
