blondejay;83986 wroteI had a very similar issue with my lh2.2 recently.
On very light throttle while cruising it would for a split second feel like it lost fuel or ignition.
It also from time to time would shut off while at lights or idling.
I changed everything I could. From fuel pumps to relays, wires and connections etc. still nothing.
Until I looked at the tps. I changed it for another unit I had.
Though I noticed the tps was in an odd position from the bolt marks.
Since then no issue.
What I figured it was, is the tps was telling the ECM it was at closed throttle, though the amm and the o2 was saying it's running, so were fighting eachother.
I might try adjust the TPS first and maybe unplug the TPS and see how it goes.

Have you replaced all your vacuum hoses? Is the brake booster check valve ok? Is the brake booster ok? By the sounds of it, its pulling vacuum just after letting off the brake.
I have no BOV, i have basically replace half of the vacuum hoses, the brake booster should be fine (was replaced just early last year), and I don't think it will cause a no start ?
