They're all pretty crusty these days, your best bet is to get your existing cylinder fitted with a stainless steel sleeve, and a new seal kit, then you'll never have any more problems with it, so long as the fluid is changed from time to time.

Skandix and iPD sell them new. YMMV - they're expensive but I never take risks with brake components.
Please check your old brake cylinder before you order. There are 2 versions:
P/n 1212406-1 : hole distances from centre hole to centre hole = 80 mm. (it's on special at iPD right now).
p/n 673766-2 : hole distances from centre hole to centre hole = 60 mm.
