Anyone do it in Australia?
Been melting my brain on t5d5 and other pommy sites: All the Phase 1 vs Phase 2 stuff, particularly.
But it doesn't matter much if I can't get it done here...

No one in Australia AFAIK, unless they are just doing resale of BSR/RICA etc...

Do BRC/RICA sell just chips, or whole changeover ECUs? I haven't been able to work that out.
