Let me ask you this... What do you do when your kids muddy up the middle row with their runners!! Arghhh! Should I use some water on the leather and floor matts, or is there something you recommend?

Good thing you have leather so it wipes off easy enough. I recommend some genuine volvo rubber floor mats (I just bought some so I think they are awesome).

In all seriousness, the leather is pretty hard wearing and easy to clean. My preference is to allow the dirt to dry and then using a stiff brush scrub the carpet to loosen it and then vacuum it up. For the leather, a damp cloth should lift it enough.

I saw the matts that you bought, and I'm very jealous!! How much did they cost?

Are there products that you recommend for general cleaning (like an all purpose cleaner, and a cloth) for the dash, leather seats, and floor matts?

Sorbalene cream for cleaning and nourishing leather.
An old mate is a meticulous leather tradesman, he uses and recommends Sorbalene cream.
Works well for cleaning but for major dirt soft cloth and mild pure soap (not dishwashing liquid...)
Then slather with the cream and soft cloth.

I shouldn't know this but is Castile Soap the one to use (not being mild)? Can it damage or change the colour of any of the interior?
