Hi Guys,
Someone I know is considering buying a 2008 V50, it has around 200 000 km on it. What do they need to be on the look out for? Thanks in advance.

T5 auto AWD

T5 = fine if have evidence of oil changes every 10k or less and the timing belt has been done
Auto = mostly reliable if the oil has been flushed at least once
Awd = mehh
Lots of shit to fail
Need evidence of change of fluid on the angle gear and rear diff and haldex
Also need replacing of filter on haldex
Things that fail
Suspension just like every fwd ever, it probobly needs a full rebuild
Air mass meter
Fuel pressure sensor
Air pressure sensor
Turbo valve
O2 sensor
