Hi, I am after front and rear shocks/struts for my volvo S70......Any suggestions?

Depends on how much you want to spend,

Generally speaking, in order of worst to best:
Monroe/Pedders/Gabriel;
KYB/Sachs;
Bilstein/Koni.
I personally prefer Bilsteins well over Konis, because Konis "always" have way too much high speed compression dampening. This causes them to crash over bigger bumps (simply put).
If you want to go to "coil overs", then beware the cheaper options. They're often little more than Monroe quality shocks with overly-stiff springs and shiny anodised bits.

For a P80, Monroe/Pedders/Gabriel/KYB all belong in the same horrible basket.
Sachs are a good oem replacement and then Bilstein B6 and Koni work well with lowered ride heights.
Avoid low-end coilovers, including BC for the reasons @Spac mentions above - they're shiny and offer height adjustment but, generally speaking, shock valving is woeful.
For coilovers, KW and GAZ are a couple of good options - we offer GAZ.
While we can supply KYB, we typically do not recommend them for a P80 car.
