My blue 240 had the manual rack replaced with a power rack which had the lines capped off, and it was a bit heavier but still fine to daily drive.
From memory there are a couple of different balljoint options, and I opted for those with the most castor. Looks like you're already running max camber.
I'm running the manual steering ball joints, which have less castor, and the original huge steering wheel. That's another thing, that steering wheel is annoying, it gets in the way due to my very long legs. I typically run 40psi also, as the tyres I run (Kumho KU31) are prone to feathering when run at lower pressures.
