I went with the mid-level option in terms of carpet build. It's fairly similar to OE but a bit more synthetic-y. The high end option might be super nice.

I am now able to supply CNC milled compressor wheels for pretty much any turbo ever made
I can supply what others might refer to as "Billet" upgrade wheels for stock volvo housings
These may use things like extended tips and changes in blade design and blade count to achive higher flow

The wheels also weigh less... but this has no effect on much anything as the kenetic energy of the inconnel turbine wheel as found in most turbo's far exceeds that of the cold side wheel by orders of magnitude

Price is based on application but in general I can often do better than the prices found on ebay

Looking for somewhere to get the 245 heater core re-cored. I bought a new one about a year back and its already leaking. I still have the OG one and its built much better than the new replacement.

Did you use the place I recommended? The 740 Turbo has been running one of theirs for nearly 5 years now and it hasn't failed. vehicleheaters.co.uk.

I got mine from Tasca which is where I got the one for my 240 but seems they have changed their supplier to a real crap one. The new one failed at the top because the inlets are weak as all hell and broke from vibration. The old one is really thick. I can have a look at vehicleheaters but a re-core might still be on the cards if I cant get something that is oem or close to it.

Heh, I consider Tasca itself to be a real crap supplier.... especially when they list stock for sale which they never had, and then lie about giving refunds.

Berry motors / Carson & Murphy are great blokes definite positive, ash at dvs is very helpful so positive, I work at melbourne city volvo and do use sweedish wreckers at times and find them good
