To be fair though Volv Rek/Berry's/Carson and Murphy would have a combined experience equal to that, I've dealt with Masons years ago and they were great too.

Packaging of the main things I bought (Thule bike racks) was terrible. They just strapped 2 boxes together, and put my other things I bought into the bike rack box.
I'd like to hope car parts would normally be packed better.

Positive experience with DVS, very good knowledge and Ash helped diagnose fitting issues over the phone after purchase even though he was under no obligation to do so, highly recommended.

Positive experience with FCP, decent prices and shipping, good range of smaller parts that are hard to get elsewhere.

Very negative experience with Suncoast Volvo (twice) - first time proceeded with a $500 job with no contact after dropping the car off for a diagnosis, did not fix issue anyway. Had to go back for an obscure hose I couldn't get anywhere else, terrible customer service and lousy knowledge of the cars.
