JamesM Can anyone reccomend a good cheap service to get a set of wheels sent from Queensland to Melbourne? Preferably door to door but if I have to collect in Melbourne it's no big deal. Okay go!
clinton I havent found anyone that can compete with e-go for big stuff. Just don't expect any service at all.
egads (she/her) Maybe from @rob in qld to me in yass sometime in feb then someone is surely doing the hume to Melbourne after that?
Rob it is about an hour away but I will likely be somewhere nearby at some stage over the next couple of weeks.
Rob Yes. I have met the guy and know where they are. I had a look at them myself. could organise to pick them up no problems..
Rob They are in good shape but need cosmetic restoration. I didn't buy them because all of my cars are AWD so staggered sizes are really no good to me. They do look good though
JamesM And @Rob that could be awesome just need to confirm with him that I want them and I'll go from there. Imagine I'll need to roll the guards a bit to fit them under the back and probably spacers up front. If I can get a good quote for freight from yours down here might me a good option. Will see how we go and message you if I need you :)
Rob no problems. He will remember me so feel free to drop my name. What are you fitting them to? He had them on his 850R. He ran them with no spacers. The rears had a reasonable amount of rolling to make them work.
deleted_user_160 I've couriered 4 17" steel wheels including 235/55 rubber from twoomba to Melbourne. $175 door to door (residential) Can help you out if you like
JamesM @Jay, that sounds pretty good. I got an e-go quote but think the dimension calculator was wrong. This seems way too cheap maybe I should times it by 4?
