Cool idea. My only real concern is affecting cooling down there (which I need to look at optomising. Must move the number plate)

Yeah , need to put it where air can still get in , I must make a cardboard model to see what size is going to work , there are shorter ones. You could always go the 4WD style and run one on the front of the roof rails , 850/x70 only I suppose.

Could be done in the lower dam. I was thinking a small scoop below that for fresh air so it is possible. Mind you, not had any overheating issues since I fixed the upper engine mount. Go figure.

Got an email from Lucky , they are going to look into the clear glass for 850 , I think he will have them made rather than from the Swedes. He is running his project or retrofit kit and LED projector globes (see link to them I did) in his V70.

New goodies today! Got the clear indicators from that Volvopartsonline site in the UK (my goodness they're quick to ship). And the headlights thanks to Cam and Rob! Idea with the headlights is to create something similar to the clear indicators and I'll also chase up a LED indicator bulb too to remove all orange.

I think you can get the Philips ones here for similar price without the post cost from IPD , i have some version like that in my v70 '98.
They are much better than any i have had so find the Philips or PIAA or some such and get em , supwercrap has something , there has to be a good cheap supply somewhere?
