Got offered this when I was looking for a 940/740 a while ago, but by the time I got the message I had already bought my Black 740.
it had a decent amount of $$ spent on it according to the owner, apparently new heater core, lowering springs etc etc
Back when I got offered it the head gasket wasnt blown from what I was told, so it hasn't been blown for long so the head should be usable if that helps someone make a decision?

When im in the market for a cheap runaround wagon again this would be my first choice
Dont let a head gasket scare you off @Irishbasterd, on what is probably the single easiest car known to mankind to fix, this is a good opportunity to get the head spruced up at the same time
If I had the space, Id probably buy it & keep it aside for a few years
