Update: It seems, like most things I put my hand to, I am going further with this car than I had originally intended. ?
I will let the photos do most of the talking, but I have removed the p/s pump and belt tensioner/idler, so now need to come up with a solution to tension the shorter belt that resides there.
I have also started installing the electric power steering pump (ex Ford Focus), surprisingly the high pressure line is correct and fits the pump correctly. Still to sort out the wiring side of things.
Intake, throttle body and MAF are all mounted up and operational.
I have also relocated the battery to the boot, because racecar? and to make some room to mount the p/s pump.
I installed a walbro fuel pump as well.
Will need to work out some sort of heat shield/cold air induction also, but I'm getting close to driving it again.
