Would anyone recommend a Oil flush to help the PCV clean out ? I replaced the whole system 18 months ago took out the PCV valve and gave it a lean it was oily. I have a a little smoke from dipstick and did the glove test and had a slight inflation. The hoses didn't look all gunked up.

I'd put it in the category of "doesn't hurt". Your blowby *may* be caused by a stuck ring, and a good flush *may* clean it up, but the odds are pretty small and it's far more likely it's just general wear.
If you're not filling the PCV hoses with grunge and coking up the throttle body I'd just stick with a quality oil and keep things clean.

An oil flush on its own would be a waste. A better option would be to add SeaFoam to your oil, then put another 300km on the odometer, then change both the oil and filter.
SeaFoam will break up carbon deposits in the crankcase and PCV. You can also add it into the intake while the engine is running to clean the piston crowns (read instructions though).

But beware.
Cleaning out the built up gunk around seals can cause failure of the seals on old motor.
If its not bad then why?

The oil was so dirty after I used flush, definitely recommend it even if it doesn't do PCV. Great idea James, rather than pull apart my PCV system seafoam is so much easier. But I believe seafoam is only in US, do we have other options here? I have Subaru upper engine cleaner but its spray into intake only, no pouring.
