V70 headlight upgrades

My V70 has shocking headlights. A quick bit of research shows that ABM projectors seem like a good value, with the '04 Crystals also being good, but expensive. I've read about people retrofitting various projectors to existing lights, but that snot something I'm interested in doing personally.

These are the lights I'm planning on buying. Are these the right ones? Can anyone share their experience with these lights please? Should I buy them as stock, or HID? They say they can fit an HID kit before sending them out. Can anyone suggest any other options?

Combine wirh a good set of hid bulbs for extra low beam light
Use halogen for high beam

High beams could do with HIDs as well , I used to use this set.

Yeah cool. I've used HIDs in spotties before, but I remember them taking a wee while to warm up, and I didn't think they liked being switched on and off all the time. That's why I thought halogen was the way to go for high beams.

I'll order some of these, HID ready, low beam only.
