'88 240 Tank into '78 264

it's possible, but have any Bruces done it and what if any problems occurred?

The 60 litre tank in the 264 is giving me the shits and the Goon tank is 120 litres, has a solid pump and will at least let me drive from Launceston to Hobart in relative surety.

Unsure how you end up with 120l. They are in the same spot. Pre 73 1series had the tank where the rear muffler is though..

Afaik all 2 series are 60 litre.

Hahahahaha I just realised that what you said @volvodriverman was take the tank out of the goon (and by adding it to the '78) it will give you 120L :))
