Hey All,
Just to let you know there was a low km 244 in Imlachs / Centre Road Wreckers when I went down there today.
It's in super good condition - kind of like it was parked outside for much of its life but not really driven. Also it has what I would believe to be a B23e engine (perhaps a desirable camshaft donor for you N/A folk) with only 107,000kms on it.

Notably it has a dash mat and clear plastic headlight covers. Also the interior is in good nick, and it has the tool roll.

I might get the glove box if it is still there when I go down next.

I notice they're still removing the bumpers from all the older Volvo's before they go into the yard there, I wonder what the deal is with that.

They were there when I saw it first, must have just been very clean

They are still removing bumpers there, Sometimes they take them off once the car is in the yard I think.
It would be good to know what they're doing with them.

Yeah, but many other cars also have a big aluminium extrusion behind the bumper covers and they didn't seem to be removing those, just the Volvo ones.

They're a very enterprising business, I know they remove all the Commodore V6 and V8 throttle bodies and sell them in bulk to a guy who bores them out and sells them. They used to export a lot of Euro cars to the middle east as well.

I removed the engine from this last week.The interior and body are still almost complete.
