In seeking hood used or new head lamp assembly. My reflectors have fallen apart. I haven’t disassembled anything yet. Just wondering if anyone has the parts to fix. Really appreciate any assistance. I’m new to 240 Volvo ownership.

Put a brand new pair on once, don’t have to touch them ever again.

Are you saying the reflector is okay but the clips that hold it into the housing have broken? Or are you saying you want new reflectors?

The Volvo part number for the RHD reflectors is 1372381

You can also get aftermarket reflectors, note that they are different between RHD and LHD Volvos so the part number matters. But even aftermarket you will struggle to beat $250 for a pair, that's a good price. Also 240 headlights with fresh reflectors are 10000x better.

If you get genuine ones from GCP, which is the best way, you need to get the clips separately. they are a few extra dollars, 3 per side so get 7…

I had some delivered from GCP a little while ago, not fitted them yet.

And yes, they make a world of difference when fitted and adjusted.

As everyone is saying, new reflectors is the best fix, as long as your headlight glass is still good, with no chips/cracks.

They are not difficult to DIY swap, the headlight assemblies are held together with clips. Hopefully new seals are included, though you could reuse your old ones if they are still ok.
