Hi, any suggestions on new injectors and a Petrol tank for a 2.3 litre 242?

I have had success restoring the original fuel tank. A radiator repair shop could clean it out (in extreme cases it could be split open to have the rust repaired and welded back together)

As for fuel injectors new ones are available from overseas suppliers, I can supply the retainer, seal and o-ring kit to go with them

Given the appearance of it & where it's parked ... I think it's worth checking ... you're after the Bosch K-Jetronic injectors as per OEM on a 242GT, yeah?

Not sure what's wrong with your original tank, but new ones aren't really that expensive. I think you can buy from various Volvo specialists in AUS or order it from RockAuto in the USA.
