I used to have one that I modified to fit a 144. I don’t think it would be hard to reverse that IF I’ve still got it.
I’m currently away but will be back around 20 August. If you’re interested, flick me a reminder about then and I’ll have a look for it.
As an alternative thought, take some measurements and visit your local wrecker. I found one from, I think, a Hilux fitted my 144 with some pretty simple modification. Just cut a bit away and redo the mounting brackets. Photo attached of the car.
