When you choose wheels that have around eight inches of width, offset becomes more important.
What is the offset of those wheels?
The standard 5.5 or 6” wheels have an offset of 20mm. May I suggest carrying out a few basic measurements because this is something you do not want to get wrong?
You want to have enough clearance on the rear inner wall (and suspension strut on the front) to prevent contact from the tyre.
Another important choice is tyre width, 225mm would be more likely to fit well and would suit your 8” wheel
Another factor is ride height, too low and you have less room for bigger wheels and tyres
