Looking for 360 donor rearend cut

Hey,

My beloved 360 was rearended by a drunk guy in an e90 today.

Kept me so safe i was out of the car yelling at him before his airbags had even deflated.

Not bad for a hit at 50kph by a 1.6+ ton car. Guy wasnt even on the brakes. I saw him behind me about to hit me before he did apparently, 15 seconds of me being stationary clearly wasnt enough for him in his drunken state. Alas, beeping didnt save me, and i wasnt fast enough to shift into gear and accelerate. At least i didnt get collected by a car when i was pushed into oncoming.

So, it now needs extensive body work to even have a chance at a second life. Unfortunately.

Chassis is straight infront of the rear axle. And smash repairer reckons its possible if he cuts it.

Any chance someone happened to total a 360 in a front end collision thats relatively rust free?

Looking for a miracle here. 2 cars join to become one.

I have a 360 here that would probably suit, it has cosmetic front end damage, grill is broken, bumper cover was rough, bonnet had a dent.

Front end panels, radiator and fan are all gone. I need all the mechanicals for my 2 door project, and I've agreed to sell the rear springs to a Datsun guy so it would basically only be the shell that's available, I could probably let the tail gate go if that is needed, I spare doors, lights, trims etc from other cars as well.

Located in Ballarat Vic, could potentially help with transport. I can get pics.

K thanks. Yeah as it is its kinda hard to justify. The car is perfectly rust free, smash repairer says 5k to fix it. Thats the price of a 360. Really, the real question is, can i justify it if the donor car needs less work then the car i intend to repair.
If i end up wrecking my car, i will make sure to cut up the body as donor parts for rustier 360s.

Regardless would be good to get some photos to compare and make a decision.
Tailgate, lights e.c.t all needed, springs aswell, but if you've sold them ill have to make do.

Here are some pics, if the rust is an issue I'd be happy to sell the shell with the rust repaired, I have plenty of rust cuts from other cars.

Oh awesome, she looks pretty dead. Aslong as the rear isnt to rotten its no biggy. Id be pretty keen to take it off your hands.

Also willing to sell the car to someone who wants to do the rearend cut and repair the car themselves. Im pretty busy so willing to sell to someone who will love the car in my place.

Not selling to someone who will part it out though. If its getting parted i will do it.

No rush. Crash just happened so im still working out my course of action. Im in sydney to itll be quite an adventure to get it here.

Still trying to decide if i should take my insurance money and put it in the savings account, or give it plus an extra 500$ to the smash repairer. Really unfortunate situation.

Ill be paying over double what i paid for the car to fix it. Fixing it is not the most logical venture. Just dont want to be responsible for one less 360 being on the road.
