Wine Guy All, I have a seven year old XC40. I have been away and the battery is flat (which has happened before). I have used the service key on the front passenger’s door. I can hear the lock mechanism move - but the door won’t open. What now??
jamesinc Serious question, did you pull hard enough? I've had doors stick to the door seal when they haven't been opened in a while, and it feels like the door just won't unlock, then you pull a bit harder and it pops free.
