Volvo specifications – what do codes (eg. H62-1 SR) mean ?

Does anyone know what the codes in Volvo specifications mean ? I have found them in many Volvo specs documents beside the headroom measurements. They look like SAE standard measurements. I can't find examples used by other makers. Here are examples:

S60fan Yes those definitely look familiar. I worked for GM in the USA (then Holden) and there were a lot of those type codes for the various measurements. Check out this link as it shows some of those for example.

Thanks. The diagrams in your link do help translate those codes. It seems they are codes for certain headroom measurements. I think "SR" means sunroof.
