This might seem a bit odd but has anyone fitted an additional deep cycle battery to a current model ICE car? We're planning a road trip from Vic to SE WA in April with dogs and want to take a Engel fridge but from all accounts the rear compartment ciggy plug powers off pretty quickly once the engine is off so the fridge has no power. Can use solar panels when there's sun but in the dark - what to do?
