Regarding the fuel pump I used the in tank pump from IPD that is the turbo replacement low pressure pump for EFI and a Malpassi turbo fuel pressure reg. I think the fuel pressure reg was from a Lotus. The car in question was originally a Kjet so there was a return line to use.
James used a 123 Ignition distributor and apparently it works fine, finding an original vacuum advance/boost retard distributor will be tough. The kit I bought had the distributor with it and I use the Petronix electronic points replacement with an MSD CDI unit. It works great.
The oil hoses were pretty easy, there is a grub screw in the front of the block with either a hex or square drive in it that blanks the oil gallery, it is near the water pump. Pull that and fit a 90 deg fitting, then a hose to the top of the turbo. There is also the option of pulling oil from the oil pressure switch behind the alternator. There was something about clearing the alternator belt, cannot remember specifically though be wary of that.
The water pipe is different between a B23 and B230. Mine is a B23. To use the B230 turbo water/coolant pipe the mount to the water pump is different. I used a small piece of flat steel (or aluminium, either should work) and a couple of little bolts to join the B230 water pipe to the B23 water pump. It was a while ago though I remember is was not difficult. There may have been another little bracket to mount the pipe to the block near the rear of the block as that may also be different between B230 and B23.
Not sure on the intercooler hoses, my kit does not have an intercooler. I would just get some black silicone hoses for a 740 turbo. The turbo side should be the same, the manifold side will be different though you should be able to make it fit.
If going into a 240 the airbox will be a struggle. One I did years ago used a 740 turbo airbox with the bottom cut out of it, it fitted into the area where the washer bottle is. It looked almost factory and being a wagon i relocated the washer reservoir to the rear, swapped over the water hoses so the hose that originally fed the tailgate was feeding from rear to front washers and it worked great. In another I used the factory airbox for the R-sport kit, I think it was the same as the early 240 Kjet, it was an original airbox for some 240 variant. It took a couple of silicon hoses to join the airbox to the turbo, it works great.
