Hey all,

I've been looking around for a good dash mat and boot liner for my 940 wagon. I came across a nice looking boot liner from a Swedish website a while back but it was going to cost damn near $750 to get it to Australia. Was wondering if any of you guys know of other places that make them or sell them for less than the price of my kidneys? The rear carpet is looking a little worse for wear so having a boot liner would ease some of my worries.

As for the dash, I know IPD do hard dash protectors for the 2/7/900 series but I'm fairly sure they're LHD only. My dash is in fantastic condition and I want to keep it that way! Are there any places that sell a similar protector for RHD models? I don't mind spending some decent coin on one of these as I know how bloody hard it is to keep one from cracking.

A mixture of white spirit and *cooked linseed oil applied to the dash at regular intervals works wonders in preventing dash cracks.

In that respect, the 940 dashboards seem to be more resilient than 240 dash tops.

If you can't get one specific to the 940, you might try Clark Rubber. Just buy a large piece of rubber matting and cut to size.
