carnut1100 Have never owned a driveable example, but I have driven auto 240s....manuals are much nicer! I do have a good spare BW55 here, as well as a good spare AW70 and whatever a '92 940 has, be it an Aw70 or 71...the only parts on any of them that or of interest to me is the BW bellhousing.
Vee_Que I had a bw55 in my 264... They were an advanced auto in Their day given they don't have bands..
