Hi Volvo enthusiasts, my beloved 1999 XC70 (basically a family heirloom) has blown a head gasket. I'm going to have to sell, but I'm not sure what value (if any) it holds. It's been serviced 6 monthly over the course of its life and has never been in an accident. Other than the head gasket, the brake pads, strut tops and one wheel bearing need replacing. There are a couple of minor cosmetic issues on the inside too. Let me know what sort of range is realistic. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the cost of major repairs outweigh the market value.

So unless you plan to repair the vehicle and keep it, it’s only value is the scrap metal offer sadly
