Had a Redarc elite brake controller fitted to my 2008 XC70. Getting error messages (flashing red lights etc) and no trailer brakes. I'm taking it back on Friday for investigation, are there any Volvo-specific issues that might be at play here? Appreciate any advice.

      You can't just splice these in like a 1980s car due to the canbus system.
