Hi all,
I've got a beautiful green 1996 Volvo 850 SE with lots of work done to it recently that I'm looking to pass on for it's finishing touches. Repair and restoration 'bible' (huge binder full of insanely in depth repair info) and original service logbook included. All electrics are working and in good order. Odometer is broken but showing around 135,000kms and service records indicate she isn't far past this.
Shes running rough at the moment most likely due to some vacuum lines that aren't connected and requiring a new cam position sensor. Will most likely need to be towed away but is very close to running fine.
Recent work includes:
- Oil change and service
- Replaced strut top mounts
- New ignition switch
- New front indicator assembly
- Timing belt replaced
- Coolant reservoir flushed and replaced
- Spark plugs cleaned and serviced
- Brand new battery and cable lugs
- Front brake pads replaced
- Retrimmed driver and passenger side doors
Things that need work:
- Driver's seat is quite torn up
- Paint is peeling quite heavily
- Alignment is slightly off
- New tyres are well and truly needed
- Odometer broken
Looking to move this car on to another Volvo enthusiast who is willing and able to put in the effort to put this beautiful 850 back on the road. Will be sad to see her go but recent personal commitments have meant i haven't had the time to give her the love she deserves.
