Someone might have to listen down below whilst replicating the noise
From the video and your question it sounds like an engine mount.
With bonnet open do what you did in the video and look for the engine moving around (with handbrake on and a firm brake pedal). If it moves more than about 10mm there is a problem. It should be obvious and just look wrong when going into gear and loading up if something is broken.
I am not across the XC60 range, there may be a common wear point on them. Many others here will have more experience with the platform.
dmc That was my thought too. I had TWO separated engine mounts on a car years ago. I'd just bought it so I didn't know. But rev the engine and it would buck like a horse tilting to one side making the fan blades clip the inner surface of the radiator cowling.
