I live in SA and have over twenty-five years experience creating secure and top-ranking websites, using only honest methods. My offer is to trade my services for work (and parts including spares, components) on my S60. Normally I'd do the work myself (having done most of the major and minor servicing and repairs on the family cars for the last thirty years), or find a mechanic, but have a genuine reason for not pursuing that anymore (which I can share with you). My S60's heater core just decided to relieve itself all over the carpet without warning me, and it's time for someone else to assist with the training for a while.
Therefore, maybe we can help each other - you take the load off with my S60's behavioural problems, and I'll take the load off regarding Web, SEO and online marketing work. There won't be any mysteries surrounding the prices; mine are fixed and published, and car maintenance prices are no mystery either. My work has gotten businesses to the top of search engine results and trebled their income (or more), sometimes within six months - I know what I'm doing.
Below you can find some photos of my S60, and some mechanical and restoration work I've done in the past on my family chariots and stallions.
The work on the S60 won't be that complicated anymore, it has already had around $6000 spent on it this year and had passed a comprehensive mechanical inspection back in February with no remaining issues. It'll require a radiator replacement soon, transmission fluid/mount replacement, seat leather restoration and some other common and less pressing matters addressed. You're welcome to record the process for putting it up on YouTube, etc. If you're an enthusiast and not a mechanic, please show previous work - something that I'll be happy to do as well.
Trading with people interstate is fine when trading with spare parts, etc. For people in SA, we'll meet up for an old-fashioned chat.
I don't normally like smaller cars, but this is an exception and love driving it.
Despite what all the YouTube videos teach, it's possible to install the auxiliary belt tensioner without jacking the car up or unbolting the entire engine/trans computer assembly. This tensioner's a German made "Dayco".
My Lovely Saab 9-3 - lots of people don't like them for some reason, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder I suppose. Amazingly strong body for a convertible. Ended up selling it, and even though it's similar in size to the Volvo, it was just too small for me.
I did some major work on this car to pimp it up, such as designing and building my own "Carputer" with Dolby Surround sound system including DVD player and widescreen LCD, dual-battery and an 8-camera security system with Internet connectivity to monitor for parking lot dents, plus an extra super-slim radiator fan on the cargo barrier to boost cool air for my doggie on hot days.
The timing belt kit went fine, except for getting the horrible fiddly plastic cover back on in the end.
The old Magna - on its way to its forever homeā¦ on a farm with acreage of course.
My Scooby Doo getting work done on his arthritic rear bearings.
And last but not least - our magnificent Family Pet Duckling!
