Hi, I have a Volvo XC60 2012 T5 - Engine B4204T7 - 2.0 Turbo petrol - 6 Speed automatic dual-clutch transmission
Power shift transmission
It's a Ford eco boost engine I think, used on Volvo, Range Rover Evoque, and Ford.
The car doesn't have any codes and everything seems to be fine.
Once the car is warmed up and idle steady, if I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right or left, the engine stall and revs go up and down
This also happens when I put the car in gear and let the brake go. As long as I keep the foot on the brake pedal, nothing happens but once I let it go, it stalls for 3 to 4 seconds and once the transition is fully engaged it will be fine after that.
once you drive, there are no problems at all, the car shifts very nicely and smoothly.
These won't happen if the car is cold since the revs are high at a cold start, only once warmed enough.
It would be great if anyone could help with this, already paid an auto electrition $330 and did nothing.
