Well, after over a year and a half of the car being apart, the engine is in and runs great. Now for the issues... I'm getting codes 0050, 0051, and 005F. They seem to all be related to the BCM and never came up before the swap. The ABS unit works just fine but there seems to be an issue with the right front wheel speed sensor. It works when it feels like it and the ABS unit works with all 4 wheels when it is giving the proper signal. I imagine that I nicked it when putting the CV shaft back in or something. The cruise is no longer working for some reason. Might be related to the BCM issues. Can I just get it programmed to the ECU and all will be well? When I was looking these up initially, I thought it was Body Control Module instead of the Brake Control Module. The other known codes are for an evap and secondary air, but it has had them since I got the car. Also, the R angle gear has a larger diameter driveshaft connection, so it looks like I either need to hunt a viscous coupling or have a new custom shaft made.
