XC90 V8 Front-End Suspension Refresh

As I am closely approaching 200,000KM, I am looking to refresh the front-end suspension which is looking to include:

Front Shocks (inc spring seats and strut mount bearings)

I'm looking at the IPD Quick Struts approximately $1,500AUD landed
Front Control Arms

Again, looking at the IPD HD kit approximately $700AUD landed
Poly Subframe Insert

Again, looking at the IPD kid approximately $190AUD landed

Just wanting to get thoughts from the group on:

What else would be worth replacing?
Any reviews on IPD for Australian/Melbourne roads?
Any other brand alternatives?

The IPD kit is good, their HD strut tops are a good upgrade. Everything else is good OE-spec brands like Meyle and Lemforder.

I think people have more opinions about control arm bushings, but if you're looking to maintain the factory feel suspension I would go with what you've already found.
