I am a newbie poster, having owned quite a few Saabs and an unfortunate period with an XC90 with the twin turbo and the transmission issues. I an considering a used V40, circa 2013, T4 variant with a 5 cylinder turbo charged 2.0L engine. Under a 100000km, and maintained regularly. It has a panoramic moonroof with a stuck sunshade in the almost-closed position. Other than that, it looks good and drives well.
We have a Lexus RX abd it has been reliable. This would be a car for our P-Plater kids mostly. Just how reliable are these vehicles, and what is parts availability and cost like?
We are in Sydney, and also would like some info on trusted mechanics with these cars.
