seeking F&R 82+ 240 bumpers

I need two 240 82+ rear bumpers complete with plastic covers, body mounting struts, and the bracket which attach to the rear quarter panels. (Doing a commando conversion on one car and replacing a bent bar on another).

Also after two sets of front 82+ 240 bumper mounting struts - again, for a conversion from commandos and a repair.

Can pick up parts quickly if located in Tasmania.

If that's wishful thinking, can pick up from MEL / SYD / eastern mainland up to SYD in early-mid July.

What changed in 82? I have 81 parts, I'm not sure what makes the 82 parts different 🤔

jamesinc I forget if 81 was the last year of commandos, or the first year of plastic covered ones.
I do know for sure that 82 got plastic-covered ones, so.....

PS: Are your 81 ones available?

Major Ledfoot I believe so, I'm not sure how mint they are. The front will probably come from a '92 (the 81 has spot lights on it, was planning to swap it onto the' 92). I'll get pics if you're interested.

jamesinc that sounds fine. What I really need from the front are the mounting struts that bolt the bumper to the chassis rails. The commando mounting struts are different.

Do you have a second spare complete rear bumper too?
