Spark Plug NGK or Bosch recommended on manufacturer manual?

I heard NXT is better than Bosch spark plugs. Should I go with NXT spark plugs or stick with the manufacture recommendation on 740GL 1989?

I use NGK plugs. I've used Bosch plugs a few times but I am dissatisfied with their quality, and either they aren't pre-gapped or they are pre-gapped badly, not sure which, but NGK plugs are pre-gapped at 0.8mm.

Non-turbo: BPR6ES (equivalent to Bosch heat 6)
Turbo: BPR7ES (equivalent to Bosch heat 5)

I don't know NXT at all, I'll look them up

I don't know how da heck I spelled NXT? Yes I was referring to NGX spark plugs.
Volvo Masons reported there was a fault on crank sensor and distributor cap (THIRD TIME). No issue with spark plugs and the last time they got replaced was way back 2019 with OEM Volvo Spark Plugs. I was going to install NGX spark plugs are compatible with my Volvo 740GL until I noticed the dimensions are different compare to OEM spark plugs so I switched to Bosch according to manufacture recommendation.
