Bare metal respray was completed approximately 2005 and rust proofing was sprayed all the
way through it after and before it took up residence in two sheds awaiting time and funds for res
t of rebuild.
The vehicle was a well loved car prior to restoration with no rust and the original
log books are with the car as is the little red book recording all fuel, oil and repairs from 199
3 to 2005 when the car was taken off the road for its extensive restoration. Car sold new by a Southport dealer so it has lived in South East Queensland its whole life.
Mechanical work was completed by a retired well respected Qld Volvo Technician. On the day of pick up after 10 years off the road the car was driven over 150km in a 40 degree Celsius Qld heatwave and journey included a steep mountain range crossing. A good way to bed in a very fresh mechanical rebuild after being a shed queen for ten years. It has been driven regularly since for outings with a mix of city country driving to make sure everything is as it should be.

Qld personalised plates come with sale and can be transferred to anyone for cost of transfer fee approx. $65
Car is on historic Qld rego and will come with a safety certificate if purchased by a Queensland resident and for them to keep the concessional registration you would need to be a club member of a club recognised by Qld Transport.
