Perhaps a seatbelt maker (search them) here can do one.

@Gileseverest - is your belt broken or just frayed? If frayed there are some companies that repair them. I asked https://seatbeltsolutions.com.au/ in WA and the cost is $175 for re-webbing. There is a few of us on here needing new belts - maybe we can organise a group deal?
@Pete M - you were after a new belt too or would re-webbing solve your issue?

thanks so much for your message, the spring recoil unit is no longer working but found a second hand volvo 2002 S40 belt unit on ebay which is currently being shipped from the US, hopefully it will fit fine,

I hope to send mine there for repair but need to find out how to send "dangerous goods" (pretensioner).
