All of the below will influence price -
- Year model? (to determine if it's 6 or 8 bolt crank, and to assist a guess at which cam is fitted).
- How many miles / km?
- Any rebuilding? Has the head been off?
- Are the timing case and rear main oil seals neoprene or felt? (1974 was standard with neoprene, but can be retrofitted to earlier models by machining the timing case and the rear main oil seal cover. AFAIC if the mod's already been done on an earlier engine, it's worth more).
- Manual with flywheel, or auto?
A B21 to M40 transmission (ie 140 style transmission) bellhousing is rare; B21 to M45 are common.
