My mate wife's car has been diagnosed by the dealer with a Vacuum pump oil leak!
I am aware its a common problem but the car has done 90k kms and has always been serviced on time?
Anyway there is a hissing noise from the passenger side on acceleration which confirms it.
They have quoted him $2750 to replace part and do this job,( including new oil and filter change)
Does anyone know the part number ?or if there is a kit and how many hours this job takes or an experienced independent who can dot it cheaper ?
