If you don't wanna take that on faith, see Page 843 in Group 43 of the 1988-90 740 parts book.
The cable you need depends on the part number of your AW70:
Cable 1340048-6 fits transmission p/n 1208332.
Cable 1239930-9 fits transmission p/n 1208415.
Cable 1239932-5 fits transmission p/n 1208659, 1208563, 1208652, & 1208604.
