In short- it's an adapter you plug into OBD2 port that can add various enhancements to your P1/P2/P3 car (like automatically folding your mirrors, virtually pressing the "yellow" button on the key fob to turn on the lights when you unlock your car, or implementing a gauge needle sweep on startup. On P2 it could display additional information like coolant temps and whatnot in the instrument cluster too. List goes on.)
You'll be getting the module and the configuration cable. It seems they aren't being manufactured anymore, so this is probably one of the last ones out there.
