Hi all, parting out an 89' 240 Wagon in Silver, most parts available. reply or inbox for further info. Located Fingal 3939

Hi, What condition is the paint in? Is the paint original and does it have any clear coat peeling etc?
    Panels i'd be interested in:
    Bonnet
    Wings
    Front passenger door
    Boot

I have a silver wagon like this with front end resprayed but not entirely happy with how it came out but maybe it might be too risky with paint matching etc. I'm based in Mornington.

    Thanks, Martin

      morch_66479 Hey Martin,

So the paint is definitely not the greatest. Clear coat peel/missing entirely on most panels, the bonnet especially. The tailgate also has a lot of rust around the seal so I wouldn’t be swapping it. The doors and guards aren’t too bad, I’ll attach some pictures

I might take the passenger door if it matches up ok? more pictures would be great. Thank you

      Thank you,
Maybe i could come view it some day this week?
Do you happen to have a blue A/C snowflake rocker switch too?

That's all good, It is at my parents place so unfortunately I'm not there this week. I could do Saturday morning? it does also have a little bit of rust at the bottom of the door, however would be easily fixable.

Can you send some pictures of the rust.
@carnut222 might have one but doubt its for sale. They're hard come by in good condition!!

Only seen your reply now, where exactly is the rust? Was it in the pictures of inside the door??

          Ah perfect. Gotcha.
I reckon I'll swing past after I get back from QLD on 7th Nov.
Might need to tee it up for when your there too?

gavinh I don't have the original stereo for this car unfortunately, however I do have another factory radio for the late 80's/early 90's. Only issue is that I don't have the code for it, nor do I know what car it originally came out of.

Oh, so it's kind of a paper wieght with out a code.
            Thanks for the reply.
