That may be a very early 240 cluster - 1974 140 clusters have a raised lip on the outside, and green borders around the speedo, temp/tank gauges, and the tacho / EGR & bulb failure lights.
Pic below has a 74 140 cluster with the metric adhesive label stuck on the speedo, but most OZ market 74 models didn't.
